Luxurious four bedroom single storey villa with large private pool This is a very impressive and luxurious detached villa situated in a quite village area, but ideally only fifteen minutes from the centre of Pattaya and its attractions.
Twenty golf courses are within a forty minutes drive and the property is close to International schools and hospitals. The motorway to Bangkok and the rest of Thaihouse is reached in a ten minute drive, making the International airport only ninety minutes away, yet the closest beach is only ten minutes and if this is not suitable then superb beaches run for miles in either direction.

In the lounge big picture windows offer, on one side, views to one of the landscaped gardens, the opposite side picture window and large ‘patio’ sliding doors open to give access to the bigger garden, terraced areas and pool with its Jacuzzi and swim up seats with ‘built in’ shade canopy.
All rooms are tiled, with tinted windows, fly screens, cable TV points, air conditioning and overhead fans, the main seating areas outside also have overhead fans. The bar has fitted coolers, sink, lots of fans and a cable TV point, all ensuite bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling, with hot and cold water, W.C., showers and basin with storage under, a bath is also fitted in the master bedroom.
A remotely operated gate gives access from the driveway and opens onto a large block paved area and car port which connects to the villa entrance. A separate maids quarters (which could be used as another guest room if wanted) has a separate vegetable and tree garden and overlooks the gate.
Water is bore hole and ‘mains’ supplied. Gardens have ‘up lights’, sprinklers fitted and hose pipe points around the perimeter, walls and the villa exterior have sensor controlled lighting and all doors and windows have security screens, the villa has a security system.
